Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, all sales are considered final once your purchase has been completed. Please be sure to read my policies and your selected product description(s) in full prior to placing your order, and contact me should you have any remaining unanswered questions. Refunds will not be issued for failure to read policies.

I take great care in creating and packaging each item so it arrives in tip-top condition for you to enjoy. Please contact me directly within 5 days of receiving your order should any issues arise. You may contact me directly at info@lavendercrushdesigns.com.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only in cases of mis-shipment or craftsmanship issues. Lavender Crush is not responsible for damages or loss caused in transit.

FREE USPS First Class Domestic Shipping for purchases over $75!

***If you are purchasing a gift and would a hand written note included with your purchase, please note "Gift Note" along with your desired message in the Special Instructions for Seller section at checkout. A receipt will not be included with your shipment.***

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 days). If you would like expedited shipping, signature confirmation, or insurance, please select these options at checkout. Additional charges may apply, and these options will not be added unless specifically requested and paid for at time of purchase.

Please be sure your address is current and entered correctly. Lavender Crush is not responsible for additional shipping costs if your package is returned due to incorrect or undeliverable mailing address.

Please ensure there is a safe location for your package to be left upon arrival. Lavender Crush is not responsible for damages or loss caused in transit.

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International, and shipping times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks, however, this can vary based on the country and time spent in customs. No refunds will be issued due to delays in transit or packages being held in customs. Please note that any customs fees charged by the destination country are not the responsibility of Lavender Crush, and must be paid by the purchasing party.
